Digital Entries· Members may submit up to six (6) digital images, with a maximum of three (3) images in color and three (3) images in monochrome.· Properly formatted images shall be sent as attachments in an email to the Digital Image chairperson (See email instructions below). · The digital image entry deadline is midnight of the Sunday prior to the competition meeting. Re-submission· Photos receiving a score of 7.5 or less may be submitted as regular or makeup entries in subsequent competitions. Entries receiving a score of 8.0 or more may not be resubmitted.Makeup Entries· Up to three (3) make-up digital images may be included in each color and monochrome digital divisions at any one competition.· A maximum of six (6) make-up images may be submitted per competition. Digital Entry FormatACES is not responsible for image adjustments (e.g., cropping, image size, etc.). Images not in compliance with the format guidelines listed in this document will be returned to the maker. Returned images may be properly formatted and re-submitted for competition (within the deadlines listed above).· A maximum of 1024 pixels on the longest edge of the image. · File type .JPG or .JPEG. · Save in color space sRGB. · Save in maximum resolution or without compression. · Image name can be a maximum of 30 characters (including spaces), no punctuation, and please capitalize the first letter of each word in the title. · Images should not exhibit the maker's signiture, watermark or logo.
